Andy is the Managing Director of q-base's parent company Quadrant Visual Solutions. He has been in the AV business for over 20 years and has got a solid background in event production, sales and marketing. He understands the events industry and takes a keen interest in future trends. Andy is a real driving force in its development and direction.

Myfanwy has always been passionate about developing businesses and making her clients successful. She began by developing multi-million pound international leisure projects; from here she gained her experience in business development and exceptional customer care. Before joining q-base she worked as a consultant for a specialist visual communications company overseeing all their large clients, communication and launch events. As Conference and Events Director of q-base, Myfanwy believes that the ethos of q-base is ensuring that each client feels that they can rely on the team for the complete event solution.

Hazel has worked within the events industry for over 10 years; her current client portfolio includes the pharmaceutical, engineering, public sector, retail and financial service sectors. Her experiences range from annual conferences, product launches and sales incentives for audiences of 50 to 10,000 plus delegates. As Senior Event Manager she heads up an operational team with the aim to make each event original and strives to exceed client expectations.

James has worked his way through the ranks and now oversees the technical operations for q-base managing events for our most prestigious clients across all sectors - and continents! James brings a wealth of technical expertise and experience to the team as well as an innate sense for organisation. He oversees day-to-day operations and the technical production of all our events.

Joel is another of the project team that has progressed through the ranks from technician, so again he possesses skills and experience across the board. He also has a visual flair and bridges the gap between creative and technical production. He is directly responsible for the filming and video production team. When organising or running an event he takes nothing to chance; planning everything in meticulous detail.

After obtaining a digital arts degree 10 years ago Sarah has spent most of her career in the events industry. She has earned her stripes producing thousands of presentations, designs and concepts for key players in the pharmaceutical, financial and publishing sectors. She now heads q-base creative services department managing the creative team.
